[Resolved] Voltas — Pcb not working and need to refund | |||||
Dear sir i brought new voltas split ac on 28/03/2017 and on 6 may 2017 its stops working. After long flow-up with customer service and service center, technician visit my home on 13 may 2017. After inspection he says ac unit power circuit board (Pcb) need to replace. From last two days i am regularly takes flow-up with service center. They give feedback part will be pending from voltas side. Now i call to voltas cce says after 24 working hours my problem is solved and raise a different complaint. 6/05/2017 breakdown request no-[protected] 16/05/2017 breakdown request no-[protected] now i am frustrated from your service and customer support. Please solve my problem as soon as possible or take your product and refund me asap. After long fllow up with cce i get asm number on 17/05/2017, he says your issue will be solve after two days. Now i am calling but he did not pickup. I am very frustrated please take back my ac and refund me, i never suggest or buy any voltas product in future Was this information helpful? | |||||
