[Resolved] Voltas — poor service and ignoring customer call | |
I am sumathi residing in ambikapuram, ponmalai, trichy, tamilnadu.in the last week of april i put a complaint on voltas air cooler, the service man checked and asked me to replace the motor and i agreed to replace the motor but still now they haven't replaced the mottor and not responding to my call. I purchase 2 split ac in april 2018.
Now one of that is cooling very less and other one is 0% cooling.
So just send your team to do service and check the refregerant gas.
