[Resolved] Voltas — poor workmanship and response | |||
Voltas paid service. I was supposed to give negative marks for them, since it is not there, i gave 1. I used their paid service a week before, for water leakage in my voltas ac. During the service they mentioned the gasis low hence it started leaking, so they requested me to fill the gas. I paid for it. Still the water is leaking and the ac is not cooling properly. I am following up with this for the past one week. No proper response. Not even picking the call. I never seen such a worst customer service in my life. It affects the brand value of tata.
