[Resolved]  Voltas — poorest voltas service for ac, highly unsatisfied

Voltas customer service deptt. Is very harassing and unjust. I have logged a service complaint for pcb replacement in my ac under warranty since 7th april. Its been almost a month and the service team is ridiculous not answering at all.

I dont think they are going to do that. Poorest service and very irresponsible team. Never answer phone calls, and when visited service center, they lie that visit will be made, but do not handle the issue

Never going to buy a voltas product.
I just discouraged 2 friends from buying voltas ac.

Its 38 degree centigrade, people are sweating with heat, but voltas has no concern for their customers.

Going to approach my brother in consumer court, delhi.
