Voltas customer service deptt. Is very harassing and unjust. I have logged a service complaint for pcb replacement in my ac under warranty since 7th april. Its been almost a month and the service team is ridiculous not answering at all.

I dont think they are going to do that. Poorest service and very irresponsible team. Never answer phone calls, and when visited service center, they lie that visit will be made, but do not handle...

We bought voltas ac on 7th april, 2019 and the ac remote which came along with the packaging wasn't working. We were asked to call the customer care and file a complaint for it. The customer care executive didn't provide any complaint number and instead gave number of a technician who's reply was "why do you need a remote, use the ac without the remote by installing a mobile application". Later the executives came and took a copy of the bill saying we'll get a new remote within a week. It's been almost a month and our ac remote hasn't been replaced yet.

And register the product regarding installation on 24/04/2019. 11:35 am.
My request no is - [protected]. They gave me time under 48 hour of installation but no any tecnicion contact me. I called many time to service centre no [protected] (Apx 7 to 10 times today). But no any responce from service centre. Plz help & resolve my problem. A lot of time taken by your technician your service quality is very bed as compare to other company. I called voltas customer care no they told me today anyhow your complaint resolve but no any progress from your side. I'm also a busy person so plz resolve my query related installation

On 14th april i had registered a service request with voltas customer care for split ac of which outdoor unit was not working.[protected] is the request no. On 15 the service guy came and he couldn't rectify the issue and inturn took pcb of o[censored]nit with him saying it is to be repaired. After follow ups the same was returned on 19th saying the pcb was ok. Still the issue remained the problem persisted he confirmed that someone else from dsc will come on 20th. No one came. After many follow ups with voltas customer care nothing happened and no one visited. Through the service guy i got number of some ashish who is direct from voltas service team in the area. He arranged a new technician on 23rd who came but again couldn't rectify the issue. He said new pcb needs to be ordered and it might take 2 or 3 days. On 26th i am continously trying to contact team but no one is confirming the status. Ashish is not picking up my calls and technician said it might still take 3 or 4 days for part to come.. Its been more than 12 days now, still issue persists. The ac is in warranty but due to very bad service quality of voltas my kids are suffering in this high temperature. Very pathetic and unreliable service of voltas

I have a voltas ac, i shift my house so i called voltas to reinstall my ac and authorized service provider came to install my ac. But technical expert is very unprofessional he connected wrong wire in ac, due to this my ac stopped working after few hours. They provided me valid bill but without gst. I called service center then they refused to solve my issue. Then i told him please solve this issue otherwise i will complaint on consumer forum but they said you can. Still my problem not solved. Please solve this issue i have already paid 1700 to install mac ac i can not pay it again.

Hiiii, i am navin, i bought voltas ac from local dealer, (Rajkiran, ahmedabad) from installation date i am complaining regarding improper functioning speciallly cooling, i appreciates after sales service is satisfactory in terms of visit timing but every time the core things is lapse i purchase voltas because indian copmany and tata group, but sry to say now i am disappointed, and i feel that was foolish dicision of mine, after ampple of time facing this problem i am writing you in mail pls solve it early i will not spent single money behind yr service pls reverse my purchase amount, change yr system or fix the problem my last request no was[protected] post job 9044

Dear respected sir/madam,

I arunanshu kar bearing registered mobile no [protected] and sr no-[protected] raised but my service was not done. As from your side i got a call from madam bearing mob no-[protected] told me your service will not be a free service it will be a paid service. Previously time to time madam call me to servicing my window ac. But last time not present at time of service. Thats why i am able to do that. Please go through the matter and kindly do my service with free of cost so it will be very much helpful to me.

I have purchased voltas 1.5 ton split a. C from great eastern trading co baguihati branch kolkata, w. B on sept - 17. Since my installation i have been facing gas leakage problem, cooling problem every now & then. Worst product quality & customer service ever seen with frequent miscommunication by service engineers. Currently my a. C stopped working for last 4 days & service engineer visited my place & informed that circuit inside a. C needs to be replaced along with gas refuelling & total leakage check required which will incur estimated cost of rs8000. The concerned engineer also told that he can't believe how the circuit got damaged & why there's a leakage problem only un 2 years of purchase... I must say worst product quality & service & must stop cheating customer by selling defective products.

I am calling since one week to the voltas toll free (We are a camc customer)... Regarding complaint on water leakage... There is no proper response from the company... The response from the company is pathetic... And the service members are also not professional... It is very difficult to manage in this hot climate... Please do the arrangement as soon as possible

On the subject cited above i already purchased fresh a/c vide invoice no : kn/2018-19/0463, from 6 june 2018 to till date from your side non providing intentionally of my original warranty card in hard copy for total violation of rule of law information needed in writing about action taken report for same

Voltas has the worst customer care services i have ever seen. I purchased an air conditioner on 28th april 2018 whose pcb got damaged within one year of puchase. I filed a complaint on 28th march 2019 (Request no [protected], registered mobile no. [protected]) which was cancelled without being resolved. A new complaint was registered on 16th april 2019 (Request no.[protected]) which is again not being answered by anyone. All my requests are being postponed on every other day. The company is not at all ready to correct the defect.

Punjab national bank ramachandrapuram andhra pradesh east godavari has purchased 6 split acs on 29.12.2014 from sree lakshmi agencies, ramachandrapauram. Out of 6 acs 3 units are not functioning. The local dealer machanic visited and informed that compressors are not working we have already lodge compliant vide no. [protected]. But so far no bady came and solve the problem kindly do the needful

I called 2 times in voltas customer care and made request for demo of my water dispenser, but no one come for demo. When i made call next time they told me no request in record in their system also told me no call received from my no.

I don't understand behavior of customer care staff any why they received salary.

Sir the ac fitting has been miserable.
They were very rude.
They even refused to fill the big hole they have digged for the pipe.
I brought a split ac almost 10 days back and have tried so much to get it repaired but no response from anywhere.
Very angry and sad about the fitting.

I buy new voltas ac on 20 april 2019 from sudhir music sanawad. On 21 april 2019, call from service center man force me to buy ac stand, but i asked him that i dont want stand so he asking me again and again that is necessary to buy ac stand, but when i call voltas customer care and ask that is necessary to buy ac stand or not. So she suggest me that, is not necessary to buy ac stand and now after that i call service center man then asked him that i call customer care and its shows that is not necessary to buy ac stand. Voltas service center man asking me for service charge that i will give him after installation, on that time he first gave me time that i will fit ac on your home today 8 pm and i am waiting full day for him, next day i will also call again to him but they will gave me time that i will come after 1 hour to your house. It is 3rd day and now he does not accepting call, i am fully frustrated with the service provided by the authorize dealer or group o[censored]sers.

I am anita mandal. I have bought a voltas ac on 26/5/2018 of model

My ac has been producing a lot of noise past 3 months. I have reported complaint more than 10 times and each time a service guy came we was unable to resolve my problem. All the service guy said the ac have manufacturing defect and the problem cannot be resolved. I have audio and video recording of my ac producing the noice. Its extremely frustrating that voltas cannot resolve an issue that is happening since 3 months. I want a replacement of my ac since it is under warranty. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible or i have to go to social media to get things right.

Guys don't go for voltas. They manufacture faulty products and make customer fool by selling it. I have purchased inverter ac 1.5 ton in 2017 may. Since the day i have purchased this ac i am facing one and another. Service are too pathetic. They don't even bother to respond customer email and phone. Its been repair 4-5 time. Without use ac is dead. Engineer visited for general service and get to know that pcb need to be replace. Is it possible without getting on ac is dead i. E pcb gone. This shows what kind of product is manufacturing voltas. Voltas don't deserve to be in market. I want my money back. I will throw this ac in your office. Make sure that no body ever think for voltas.
