[Resolved] Voltas — Problem not solved despite of so many complaints | |||
Sir, We have purchased 2 (Two) split ac in 2014. From the day of purchased to till date the ac is not working properly and its cooling system has been failed. I have lodged so many complaints in past but till date the problem has not been solved. Every-time the engineer said that gas is not there in ac and ac required to fill up gas. We have paid many times the ac gas charges for gas refilling charges. We have also observed that your engineer doesn't wants to work for your company and always misguided us for there own benefits.
