[Resolved] Voltas — product service is not being on time | |
Voltas should be given highest accolade of bluffing it's costumers. We are tired of making calls and complaining from last 2 months and there is no back call or self approach from company's side and that's not satisfactory. Our ac is not cooling even though there was one time gas filling by voltas service for which they charged â¹2800 with 3 months guarantee... And from that time we are asking them to check our ac once again coz there might be some other damage in ac.. But the service providers keep delaying.. And one thing serious but at the same time strange is that... The foolish mechanic coming to check ac once not coming or picking up the call again... I mean seriously is this tue way to treat your customers that too senior citizens... Shame on u. After our so many calls and requests they sent us one new mechanic again on 1june.. Who checked again and said that he will come tomorrow again and there is minor damage but that tomorrow never came... He cheated # mechanic... We are not understanding why the hell they are doing this... Are they doing it to every customer? But ya i hv to say that voltas is such a speck on the name of brand. And half the summer is over now when they will come in winter or next summer? Was this information helpful? | |
