[Resolved] Voltas — received damaged voltas window ac | |
I have purchased voltas 1 ton window ac on 21/03/2018 from hariom retail pvt. Ltd. Ashok vihar, delhi, wide invoice no. Avg1594/1718. At the time of installation it was found that internal thermacol block was broken. At the time of changing the broken thermocol by voltas mechanic on 24/03/2018, fins were damaged badly while replacing the thermacol by the volatas mechanic, so i requested to replace the damaged ac by new one but till now no action taken. After waiting for about 15 days i again complained wide no. [protected], dt 10/04/18. The voltas executive came on 12/04/18 and i shown the photographs of the damaged fins to the executive but no action has been taken. I request voltas company to refund my entire amount as i am totally unsatisfied and not interested to keep the damaged ac. Regards Nitin gupta Was this information helpful? | |
