I have raised a complain for my AC that it is not cooling a week ago and i got information that Service charge is 500 & Gas Refilling Charge is 2000 & 18% GST.
Now the issue is your service center team of Jhalawar came yesterday and opened all my units of AC and after checking they said that they will come tomorrow & fill the gas in AC. Now today they simply called me asked for Rs. 4000 without telling me the information of charges included in this and they are not providing me the bill also. My Complain Sr. No. is : [protected] .
So its my request that please interfere in this case and help me to get mine problem resolved.

I am writing this letter to grab attention on my issue. I have registered a complain regarding my AC unit is not cooling on 14th of April . With few disputes with the Service Center I have registered a complain with you on 18th of April. Till now
Voltas Authorized AC service Center is not able to resolve my issue.
DEar Sir Please pay attenion on these points:
1. After Submitting a complain your Service Center personal asked me to Pay much more amount.
2. He left my indoor unit opened for about 7 to 10 days and visited to my place after the interference of Mr. Kailash Chandra Sharma.
3. After 5 to 7 days he came and work with outdoor unit( Fill the Gas) .
4. After that he said all the things are right now there must be no issue with your unit but after that also the problem remains same.
5. Aftre so many calls and appointments he came on 10 may and took my indoor unit with himself for testing and told me that within 2 days it will be ok and get installed on my place.
6. once again after so many calls and he came on 22nd of may and installed my AC indoor unit.
7. I called him on 23rd and told him about the issue that remains same.
but now till today he is not able to visit to my place.
Now I just want to know Sir is this the way to handle a Consumer that is trusted on you only. We have purchased the AC from
Voltas and was the happy customer till date but Sorry to say that your service team is not as per the standard of you.
If a single problem is not resolved after 50 days during the summer time that is the most required time for AC then please tell me what is the use of my AC.
I request you to kindly interfere in between the issue and try to resolve my issue asap.

I am sorry to say that
Voltas, The leading brand of India, is a company that is not able to reaolve an issue for two months and no one cares about it.
I just want to know sir is this is the way to satisfy a customer.
Sorry to say that I have registered my complain on apr 12 and till date
Voltas is not able to resolve the issue.
Now just finally tell me what I need to do to to get rid of this problem and how much time it will take from today to resolve the issue and also feel free to tell me if
Voltas is not able to resolve the issue.

After 6 months of time span I was informed that my pcb of outer unit is damaged and it will cost around 13000.
Now my question is
1. during the time of complaint my ac unit was properly working except cooling.
2. I have registered a complaint regarding the same in April.
3. They have taken my outdoor unit with them in July for gas filling.
4. At the end of July they have installed my outdoor unit and then they have taken my indoor unit for checking.
5. Now they are telling that my PCB of Outdoor unit is damaged.
may I know if that was the issue then why they don't have informed me during 1st check when they have taken it with them in July.
Sir, It is a matter of creating issues & collecting huge amount from customer. Your service center is playing game with me. This is not fair.
Please interfere in this issue and resolve my problem as soon as possible.
