Voltas — Regarding complaint# [protected] | |||||
Hi, I have registered a complaint for AC not cooling issue on date 22/05/2016. On 24/05/2016 a technician came and charged me 400/- without doing anything..when asked he said it is a inspection visit hence visiting charge. Another technician will come tomorrow and will do the needful. I have waited for whole day on 25/05/2016 when contacted the concern service center..CLIMATE CONTROL, DELHI they responded technician will come tomorrow i.e, 26/5/2016. When asked for refund of 400/- since they have breached the commitment they refused to do so and cut the call. My concern is... "IS THIS THE WAY VOLTAS IS DEALING WITH CUSTOMER. IF YOU CANNOT STICK TO YOUR TIMELINES THEN PLEASE SHUT THE COMPANY..WE HAVE OTHER OPTIONS IN THE MARKET THAT ARE VERY MUCH BETTER THAN VOLTAS. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME GETTING MY WORK DONE ASAP."
