[Resolved] Voltas — remote problem | |||
I bought window ac in 2018. It's remote is not working. On making it's complaint, service engineer ensured that he will bring his remote within two days. Rather than bringing new remote, he closed the service request On making new complaint of faulty remote on 3 may 2019. Again they assured me to resolve the issue within two days .in record they have mentioned the date of complaint 7th may 2019 instead of 3rd may 2019. Now they are giving excuses o[censored]navailability of remote in service department. They are spoiling the name of company. If such a prestigious company, is not able to manage the spares. Nothing can be worst than this scenario. I am feeling regret on buying voltas ac. Such a worst service never seen in life Was this information helpful? | |||
