[Resolved] Voltas — repair not done despite reminders

I have logged complaint no [protected], [protected] on 27- april. No one comes to repair the ac... Customer service does not help... Seniors are never available at customer service number.
I have done multiple follow ups with customer service however no one listens and no engineer comes to resolve this complaint
