Voltas — replacement of unit (ac)

We been facing problem since we bought the voltas Ac n itz been 4 months that we bought this Ac to home from day we bought it showing problem in every 15 days and also its been repaird 4 times in 4 months...so we requested the replacement of our Ac after 4 times repairing of Ac, finally the 5th time technician arrives n took back the Ac with them for replacement with new one and itz been 15 days they taken Ac with new replacement. But til now they dint send any new Ac and we have been waiting for new Ac since 15 days and the response of the customer is very poor they are not cooperating with us as we expected with them...we dont need old unit to get reparired n sent back to us again coz it can again shows problems...so we need a quick replacement of Complete new unit ...we need new complete unit as soon as possible and kindly take this issue as a serious one...Thank you
