[Resolved] Voltas — request to change my defected ac with a new proper and right working ac | |||
Dear sir, It gives me very much pain to inform you that i purchased a voltas inverter ac having unit no.4551878a15d002871. And unit no. 4511917d15c000476. On dt 04.06.2016.. For rs 42000/-. From the mahima enterprises, sanjay place agra u. P.. When it is installed in my house. I noticed on very first day that the ac is not following instructions given by the remote and after understood the problem i reported the problem to seller m/s. Mahima enterprises and after some days time some persons came and changed the cell / batteries of the remote and adviced me that the ac would works properly. But again i noticed that the problem is not removed and it is still present. I reported again to the seller, but the seller did not respond at all and the season was over by doing this. In the next starting session i reported the same problem to the seller and he said he would see. So much time passed but he did not respond. After continuously contacting to the seller for many times he responded and sent the persons and they came to my house and tried to under stand the problem and they took my remote with them. After 7 / 8 days with my continuous follow up they returned my remote and told me that the remote has been repaired. But i realized that the problem is not removed, it is still present and i reported the same to the seller and he did not respond and even he was not picking my call. Then i visited the seller, s place and discussed the problem. Then he suggested the name i. E. Shree. Sanjeev kumar, service area manager mob. No.[protected]. To solve the problem. Then i contacted him and discussed the problem. After many contacts he visited the ac at my house and he got repaired the card of ac but the problem was not removed. Later on he changed the card of ac too but the problem is still present it is not removed. Now he is avoiding my phone call and he is not responding properly. Now he has given the another mob. No [protected] mr pramod kumar service area manager, agra. I told him the full case, after listening the problem he told me that the warranty has passed what he could do. Now i am contacting him continuously he is not even picking my phone at all a single time. I am contacting both mr pramod kumar and mr sanjeev kumar nobody is responding now. I have already registered the complaint many times over voltas toll free no. [protected], and [protected] but nothing has been done fruitful till now. Now i have come to the result that i have been cheeted by provided me a defected ac by seller m/s mahima enterprises, and voltas company. Now your are requested that kindly change my defected ac with a proper and right ac so that i can feel the piece. Failing which i am compelled to go to the legal court to seek a justice.
