[Resolved] Voltas — service facility is not provided by technician | |||
I (Mr dhruba ch pradhan) have brought one voltas defreeze for my business purpose. At the time of purchase they informed us that home service facility available for that product in case of any damage. But on dt[protected] my defreeze was suddenly stop working and not make cold ant product. I have contacted to the local volats technician for repairing of my product. They came on dt[protected] for repairing and charged rs 400 for service charges. I paid the said amount to the technician. The technician told me that my defeeeze will be ok in 2 hours continue charging. I followed the instruction given by the technician but it was not working after 2 hours. So after 5 hours we again informed about the isuee to the service manager of voltas mr tiki on telephonic conversation but they do not respond our complaint and cancel our call after listening our problem.
