Voltas — Service fraud & deficiency

Service Request Details:
I had requested a service for my AC on 27th February 2025 through Voltas customer care from my registered number.
An engineer was assigned to visit my home for the repair.
Fraudulent Transaction by the Engineer:
The engineer visited my home and took an advance payment of ₹2, 000 (I have proof of this online transaction).
The total estimated repair cost was ₹5, 000, but after taking the advance, the engineer has been unresponsive and not answering my calls.
Deficiency in Service & False Assurances:
I have called the Voltas customer care where I was repeatedly assured that the repair would be completed “tomorrow or the day after.”
Despite multiple follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved, and I have faced mental harassment and financial loss.
