The subject complaint lodged on 6-apr-19 at 10:00am & assured that complaint will be resolved within 24 hrs. Again called in evening but no proper response & given service center no.[protected] at agra. Contact to service center but they also not given any satisfaction & given service technician no. [protected]
Mr shahid. I have contact to technician & he told that i not able to do the job & contact to service center. Think that i have done the mistake to buy the voltas product. It is also seems that customer care desk open only for misguide & harassment to end user.
Pl do not send any one to attend the complaint because that already done by some other vendor & inform to your good self that i am forwarding this case to consumer forum for next course of action.
