[Resolved] Voltas — Service redressal | |||||
I had an AMC of my AC (1 ton window type) for 2 years till May 2018. On 30 March 2017 i lodged a complaint ([protected]) for wet service & no-cooling. After persistent telephonic requests with Ginny Aircon (Auth service centre) Ac was finaaly serviced on 6th April i.e. after a lapse of 7 days period. Complaint regarding no-cooling was not taken care off. However, on 18th April 2017 i again lodged a complaint ([protected]) which has not been resolved till date (i.e. after 4 working days). My AC was finally lifted for gas fill on 20 April 2017 and had not been replaced till date. Nobody literally nobody is ready to listen. During this period I made requests for fast service to Mr. Anshul, Mr. Sami, Mr. Sandesh, Mr. Salim, Mr. Satish, Ms. Pooja, Ms. Prajakta, Ms. kajal from Ginny Aircon but to no avail. I also escalated my complaint to Mr. Jitender Acharya & Mr. Ashok Yadav in Voltas but nothing. Was this information helpful? | |||||
