[Resolved] Voltas — services after sales | |||
I am lodging this complaint to convey poor after sale services by voltas, i have registered a complaint regarding some issue with my window ac on 4th of may 2018. I have called their service centre many times however no action has been taken, finally one visit has been scheduled on 10th may 2017. Their representative/ engineer visited and changed a part (Capacitor) of ac. He has taken 1100/ - rs. For visit and for new part. He has left site by saying that issue is resolved but when i have switched on my ac and after 15-20 minutes it was showing same problem. Post that i have called voltas customer care but as usual they have not taken my complaint seriously. Voltas as a company is just focusing on making money by planning engineer, no resolution, no call, zero customer satisfaction. I am loosing my money, time and trust. Would request to take immediate action against such fraudulent service providers and oem. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
