My issue was not resolved. I registered a complaint about both remote and water leakage, however, they did not write about the problem. The technician then came and he told me he gave the request for a new remote. I was not notified for the same through any sms, this took another week, and then when i re-escalated the problem, the technician came the other day with a remote and charged me 1000 rupees without any bill. He told me i will get a billing detail from the company through sms which i did not. The new remote stopped working the other day, and when i called customer care twice, both agents did not do anything regarding my problem but assured me that it will be resolved. When i checked through my complaint number online, i could not find any detail, not i was given any information about the same through sms. Was this information helpful? | |
