[Resolved] Voltas — Split AC - Installation failure | |||
Hi, I had bought Voltas from Chroma, Jubliee Hills, Hyderabad on 29-Mar-2017. It got delivered on 01-Apr, They told like Installation will happen within 48 working days. They did not turn up and after many calls, got installed on 7-Apr. As power went down after installation, testing did not happen. When i used it in night, it got switched off after 20 mins with A7 error code. After registering a complaint for same(Complaint No.[protected]), some technicians came on next day, without resolving it, they returned. Informed like some sensor went faulty, will replace next day. after many calls/follow up, till no one turned up. New Split AC going faulty seems like unusual.
