[Resolved]  Voltas — split ac servicing

I have called the voltas customer care no. Provided online, multiple times, however, despite my repeated requests for an immediate servicing for my product (Which is within the warrantee period), no action was taken. They don't seem to care for the customer's crisis at all. I live by myself, the ac is not working, and also water is leaking from the ac machine and falling on other electronic devices and wires. Which is not safe! Despite having conveyed my situation repeatedly, i saw no results.

What kind of treatment is this? Would you like me to post this publicly on your social media page because i am thoroughly disappointed with your astounding failure to provide me with any form of post-purchase services!
