[Resolved] Voltas — sr [protected] rescheduled without any request from my side | |||
I raised sr [protected] on 15.05.2019. Technician planned to attend this request on 16.05.2019, but on that day he rang me around 4 pm and told me that he will come on 17.05.2019 to attend the request. But today he has not come and someone from voltas office rang me mentioning that she is going to cancel the request as the request has not been attended within stipulated time. I didn't agree with that proposal and requested not to cancel the request. But just now i have got sms "dear customer, you have requested for reschedule beyond six days for sr [protected]. Kindly book a new sr or call on '[protected]' for reschedule". Considering above mentioned fact, i would like to complaint against your representative and technician who has rescheduled my sr by making false statement without providing service. Please note that this is the 2nd free service request of my voltas inverter ac. Was this information helpful? | |||
