[Resolved] Voltas — Suddenly cancelling my service request for installation of a split ac without any reason | |||
I have purchased a split ac of voltas on 24.5.2017 online. I put a service request on the same day at 4pm. The customer care person told me it will be done within three working days. My request number was [protected]. But without any reason they cancelled it at 10 pm on 25.5.2017. After getting sms at night i tried to contact customer care but it was either busy or engaged i am surprised about such a good reputed company has so poor customer care service and why they are telling it is available 24x7.
