[Resolved] Voltas — swing motor replacement

My 1.5 tonn inverter ac which is purchased on 5 may 2018 it's swing moter is not working. I complaint for this on date 15 september 2018. The technician said the swing moter is damaged it will be changed by the company but it is not changed till today. The technician mr. Soeb (Sultanpur) not talk and work properly with customer. Solve the matter early.
