Voltas — Terrible sales after service | |||||
Dear sir, my complaint no. [protected] not entertain by your authorised service engg. (Am general maintenance) in month of may 2015 i was lodged complaint at your 24x7 support center but till date no positive action taken from your end. Once one engineer visited my house and charge me rs.450/- from that day no single action taken.. I was calling at your customer care center no of times. They giving only hope that your problem will attended recently and after some time they reply me that spare parts not available. Voltas official maintenance provider answer me this way then whom i approach for solving my problem? Please ensure when will be my problem will sor tout... Was this information helpful? | |||||
