[Resolved] Voltas — totally very bad service in voltas

I got an voltas ac (1.5ton) my complaint no: [protected]
I was thinking voltas has a good customer support and service but they slapped in the face for 3 times and say we treat our customers as jokers and we dont concern about your complaints. I have registered a request for 3 times and they are not taking single step towards it. Am totally stressed and frustrated. I have planned to deal this issue through consumer court.
