Dear Voltas Customer Support,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my Voltas 1 Ton AC, which I purchased approximately four years ago. Despite regular servicing, I am currently facing persistent cooling issues.
In April this year, I had the AC serviced. The technician took the unit along with the compressor for water service. Though it worked temporarily, the cooling issue reappeared. I contacted the service team again, and they cleaned the compressor, after which it functioned for a short period.
However, just two days ago, the same issue occurred again. The technician has now diagnosed the problem as a faulty circuit board and has quoted ₹4000 for its replacement. I would like to highlight that the board is covered under a 5-year warranty, and I have already spent a considerable amount on the previous services.
I kindly request that this issue be resolved at the earliest and that the necessary repair or replacement be carried out under warranty without further charges.
