[Resolved] Voltas — very bad customer support | |||
I bought 1.5ton voltas split ac last year. Before completing a year, the ac shows some problems like water leakage low cooling effect... Etc.. And i've complained regarding the same to the voltas complaint centre. Some one came from there and told me that the problem is bcz of the low gas content and he had filled it. He charged me 1500/- for that. The very next day the same problem happened again and i called the complaint centre. I've faced a very bad behaviour from them, after that, whenever i called them, they won't attend my call... Now i cant switch on my ac for a second. Water leakage is heavy...in effect i lost rs1500/- for the inefficiency of voltas ac technician... Voltas should monitor your technicians some times atleast. Otherwise you should lose many customers like me... From now on i wont recommend a single voltas product to any one... Was this information helpful? | |||
