[Resolved]  Voltas — voltas 1 tonne inverter ac not working. complaint not addressed for past 20 days

I have bought 1 tonne Voltas 1 tonne inverter AC in March 2019. Since beginning of May 2019, it stopped working properly. Room does not get cooled even if the temperature is set to 17 and at times it shows error code P4. I have been to dealer from wherer I bought the AC. A complaint was registered ([protected]) on 5/20/2019 after dealer could not get local service attend the complaint. Since then I have been dealer many times to the service center attend to the complaint, called Voltas customer care ([protected]), local volats ASM, service center almost every day till today. Every day I call service center or call ASM or either go to the dealer or call to get compliant attended. I get standard answer that technician will call, come to house that day but no body turns up. I call them in the evening, I am told that technician will definitely attend tomorrow and the cycle starts again.

It is very pathetic and horrible customer service.

Below are the responses i got so far:
(a) From service center : we are not getting paid hence we are not servicing
(b) from ASM(voltas) : your complaint is the priority call and will be definitely attended today
(c) from service center : Technician will attend today definitely after completing the lunch.
(d) from service center: there are complaints more than 60days old. we are handling them one by one. we have been all these complaints to attend to
(e) from service center: we will find out technician why he did not attend
(f) from dealer : talked to RM about the issue and escalated. It will be attended definitely by tomorrow.
(g) from ASM(voltas): there were issues that are sorted out. I will check with service center. call me back after one hour. [I tried to contact but phone was busy]. when I finally got him on phone, he was surprised the issue is not resolved and told me he will find out

Call center gives the service center contact but is of no use.

I am yet to get issue resolved.

Very unprofessional conduct from a tata company. I am totally cursing my self for buying AC from tata.

Also customer service created another complaint ([protected]) on 3/6/2019 assuring that service center will attend to this in 2 days.
Service center told me that this is only few days old and why i am putting pressure.

till day it is 23 days since the first complaint and counting.
