Voltas 183v-eya/1.5 ton split ac outdoor was bought from great eastern retail pvt ltd on 21st october 2017. Till date the ac has not been installed at the given address. Complaint to the voltas facebook page messenger just had the automated response and no action. No one from the company has called up regarding the non installation.
