Voltas — Voltas AC Authorized service not satisfactorily as commitment by authorized service centres

Dear Sir,
Please find enclosed herewith the 2 Nos. Voltas authorized periodic/preventative service Bills, for your reference wherein I paid Rs. 590 + Rs. 590 = Rs 1180/- at every service. At the first time, the service was carried out on dated 14/03/2021, which was very-very unsatisfactorily, as within month again less cooling issues & other issues like DF error, icing, noise, etc., had been observed. But due to covid issue lock-down, I was unable to register any complaint within 1 month of the last service dated 14/03/2021.
Although I had registered a new complaint in the month of June end wherein again a revise service was carried out on dated 14/07/2021. which also was very-very unsatisfactorily wherein it has been observed the same issues after one week of service conducted since 25/07/2021, of issues like again less cooling issues & other issues like DF error, icing, noise, etc. Then I talked with the authorised service centre guys who committed me that if found same issues within one month then they will come & rectify the issues under the same service charges which was paid on dated 14/07/2021. They arrived at the house in the first week of Aug 2021 and said during an inspection of my AC, that in the last services a jet service was not done which is now necessary & that will charge extra Rs. 150/- (as the total cost of this jet service is Rs 750/- but I have to pay Rs. 150 as I 590 already paid by me within one month) and they committed to come in 2 or 3 days along with the jet machine. But even continuously followups with this Voltas authorized service agency since 10/08/2021 to till date they neither visited my house nor picked my phone.

This shows the very disgusting experience with Voltas service centers and it is requested to please arrange at the earliest a pure/honest service for me under this cost which I already paid in the year 2021.

But no action has been taken yet, as I got incomplete service every time whereas I paid every time as per service bill, even notified again & again to concerned service centres regarding issues found, within the warranty time frame of one month after service.
