    Please find enclosed herewith the 2 Nos. Voltas authorized periodic/preventative service Bills, for your reference wherein I paid Rs. 590 + Rs. 590 = Rs 1180/- at every service. At the first time, the service was carried out on dated 14/03/2021, which was very-very unsatisfactorily, as within month again less cooling issues & other issues like DF error, icing, noise, etc., had been observed.     I have purchased a new voltas split AC 2 months before... But now there is noisy sound coming from the front end of the AC. It seems that there is a problem in fan blades which are not working properly... Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible...

      I had registered complain for window ac not cooling on 18/8/21. My complain number is [protected]. I got sms that technician will visit on 18th evening. But no one came nor did anyone call. I again called customer care on 19th. They gave me number of centre in my area to contact. The person who picked up the phone keeps saying I will send someone.. Till now no one has come. Very disappointed in the response. It would have been better if I had called a local technician. at least my problem would have been resolved immediately.

        Yesterday one technician visited and reported the issue of gas refill and assured to visit again, but till now no one has visited. In such hot days and at official premises, it is very difficult to live without AC. Voltas customer care service is pathetic. No resolution of complaint till now.

            I called on Voltas free toll number [protected] check the non- functioning of my voltas ac. The person was sent on[protected] and as per his advice we got it refilled him. He took Rs 3500 saying that the bill with 3 months warranty will be sent through e mail. But so are no bill /warranty was sent to me. When I called the toll free number again yesterday there was incorteous response from them that I would receive the same though WhatsApp. When I contacted the person today he said that right then he preparing the bill.
            But so far no bill or warranty was received by me.
            Please, look into the matter and send me the bill with warranty as promised.

              Dear Voltas team,

              Issue is that we have purchased AC before 1 and half year. After service by the technical engineer AC not cooling properly. On 16 degree temperature it is like as 30 degree temperature. We have complaint many time. But no response by Voltas. Very cheap service and very cheap ac. Please don't buy this ac.

                My AC is not working properly. I have raised the complaint on the portal, engineers called me 4 times but nobody turn back and status changed to cancelled. I have tried to follow up with their email but there also no one responding. Not sure what kind of services you are providing and how managing the complaints but for sure my next AC would not be voltas as all.

                      I purchase new Voltas split A. C 1.5 ton. After 10 days my A. C not cooling properly. I complaint many times. One your service engineer came and said that gas issue gas is low next day the gas team and say gas is ok but it not properly install. Next day i got message that your complaint solve on phone. Then I complaint again one your service person came and again say that gas is low. I don't understand whats going on.

                          Your technicians have come two times and there is clear leakage in the compresser and the technician is not ready to accept

                            I raised complaint about the AC Colling on 3rd Aug 21 and got a call from Parvesh gupta ([protected] ), technician came and repair AC, but next day same issue occurred again, i asked technician to provide the receipt of payment he told to share but till now not shared, Address which was given also fake .

                            I am struggling to get support from Parvesh gupta from last 9days
                            he is very unprofessional and not picking the call . Technician also not picking the call . I am really disappoint with the level of service .
                            From last 9 days i am struggling to get issue resolved .

                            While i was calling on call center number [protected] then also not getting the satisfactory answer, even not sharing the detail of vendor who was assigned the ticket .
                            This is a big fraud and low level of service delivery
                            Worst experience ever faced even after paying full amount not getting the service by the vendor .

                            Never go for service from the parvesh gupta [protected], after getting payment he will not pick your call . and level of service is also very low .

                                Hi,

                                Last month on 5th i ordered a 320 litres chest freezer from your authorised showroom alpha Aircon vizag and it got delivered in next week. When we tried to use it, it didn't work. Your technician visited and confirmed that it’s faulty product.
                                Called your customer care for replacement, everyday they say it is been arranging. Not sure how many times i have called your customer care.
                                It’s almost one and half month i have ordered and i dont have the product to use.
                                Your customer care guys ask me to contact vizag area service manager and he never answered the call. Such a useless person he is and not sure how come such a repetitive company has recruited him.
                                This is highly disappointing and i really can’t express it. Probably this would be last order from Voltas.

                                And i really don’t know what to do and how many days i should be waiting for new freezer.

                                  We had sold a 1.5 ton 5 star air condition, we are still crying after the installations,
                                  Customer name is Parveen Singh His request is no.([protected])
                                  After installation the air condition was not working anything,
                                  Again after the complaint the technician came and told that the cooling coil is bad and it will take 20 to 25 days for the part to arrive
                                  And after about a month, the technician's cooling coil started working.
                                  Told again that now its tray base is also bad and it also takes your time for about 20 days.
                                  After that the customer got very angry
                                  And got hyper over the dealer and the customer started saying that you said that India's number 1 company
                                  I will make a big mistake by buying Voltas company's air condition
                                  When the matter got very bad, we gave another new air condition of Voltas to the customer, then the customer was a little satisfied,
                                  After that we got the old machine to return,
                                  Then the service center person said that now you again register a new call in stock.

                                  Then what happened after that, now I have kept it with you
                                  Because we sought help from almost everyone like Area Sales Manager and Bihar Head of Sales and Service, but no solution was found.

                                    I was parches voltas ac1.5 tan past one month...but there's same problem on display showing E6... Regarding problem I was maked complents with call center... technician had come to check... they can't check properly ... they told do to same problem in wire ... You have paid same money to replace new wire... also he not sure what happened in the ac... Please Suggest ...what to do ...this your service with clients to take only money...

                                      The Voltas company is not having spare parts, however willing a lot to sell inverter window ac. That too with extended warranty. No one is bothered to get the issue resolved and you can imaging the ac not working for a month in summers.

                                      My ac is kot working since 3 weeks and still they are not interested in fixing. I can only imagine the level of service team they have.

                                      Escalations are of no meaning. They are not bothered at all to resolve a complaint may be due to cost of repairs...

                                      Very bad service experience...worst. will not go for Voltas product ever again...
