We had sold a 1.5 ton 5 star air condition, we are still crying after the installations,

After installation the air condition was not working anything,
Again after the complaint the technician came and told that the cooling coil is bad and it will take 20 to 25 days for the part to arrive
And after about a month, the technician's cooling coil started working.
Told again that now its tray base is also bad and it also takes your time for about 20 days.
After that the customer got very angry
And got hyper over the dealer and the customer started saying that you said that India's number 1 company
I will make a big mistake by buying Voltas company's air condition
When the matter got very bad, we gave another new air condition of Voltas to the customer, then the customer was a little satisfied,
After that we got the old machine to return,
Then the service center person said that now you again register a new call in stock.

Because we sought help from almost everyone like Area Sales Manager and Bihar Head of Sales and Service, but no solution was found.
