[Resolved]  Voltas — Voltas - ac doing lot of noise... Very upset - worst service

Very recently i have taken Voltas AC from Flipkart less than 2 months back.

It is giving lot of noise right from installation. Till date i have given complaint 3 times & the concerned engineer came twice and not able to resolve the issue. no one came for the 3rd call.

I was very much disappointed with this bad quality of the product.

In our Family we have taken 8 Voltas Ac's and having lot of respect on this brand. Now i am loosing this because of this problematic AC.

I am requesting you to resolve this immediately.

I already lost respect on Voltas & TATA group even..

Pls. resolve my issue .. before i loose further confidence & dont force me to do the negative campaign on TATA brand being an India.

I am unable find their MD / CEO / Some Senior Executive mail ID to reach. Anyone can pls. help me.

Updated by [email protected] Pls. go with LG ACs. I have 7 yrs old one - which is in excellent condition even now. Worst AC in the world is Voltas. Beware. How it can be in TATA Group... Ashamed..

Pls. be aware -- after giving complaint ... some person called me asking for money for the service ( which is a new one & under warranty)... which is again under suspicious... Beware
