I bought a Voltas split ac from amazon.in. When ac was installed, it started leaking water after 1 hr o[censored]se. The installation guy re installed the ac but it still didnt get fixed. The installation guy said its the issue with AC.

When I called Voltas customer care they said a technician will check the issue. They have assigned the request to same service center which sent the installation guy. I am not getting any response from the service center.

Voltas service is pathetic and has caused me immense mental trauma and loss of energy and time.

My time is precious and I cant run too and fro from office to flat to get this fixed during weekdays. I need the ac to get fixed today or else take your pathetic AC back and refund back all the expenses incurred - installation charge, core drilling charge, bracket charge, ac charge.

    I am self employed. On 4 th of may i decided to change my LG ac 2 in number for voltas. As its too hot i needed the replacement as soon as possible as have a cliental to see too. I booked 2 window ac with cool traders. Got them installed on 6 th. 1 ac had a terrible heavy sound n the display was not functional. Registered a complaint with voltas n there tecnician came checked n confirmed the problem. He said he will replace display n sound but i wanted a replacement as why should a day old machine be repaired. In his report he mentioned that compressor sound but later they tried to give reason of grill sound but both ac hv grill n the 2 nd one if fine. I was told by voltas that i should ask the dealer to change the ac n every day i have been calling but till date 14 th it has not been replaced. The voltas ppl say the dealer is responsible n dealer says voltas should give him ac as he does not have. My work my clients all suffering. We cannot sit in the room with the ac on. My purpose of changing to voltas has failed. Im in a fix dnt know whome to tell to solve the issue.

    I have purchased the a.c. Unit of voltas 1 ton from Talegaon Dabhade shop.Purchase date is 5/05/17 morning session .
    I have given request for installation and no is [protected], till today there is no positive response from your side.

    I Do not think this work will be finished during this summer.

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased Volats 1.5 ton split AC on 4 April, 2017 and got installed by Voltas people.Hardly 24 hours were passed colling effect was zero I spoke to voltas people they inspected and said gas has been leaked during insattalion of AC. After repairing by Voltas People again Cooling Effect was zero with in next 12 Hours.

    Again contacted Voltas vide complain No.[protected] with request to send experienced technician. Again earlier technician contacted & retured back with out any solution.

    Then SMS has been received that Your problem has been resolved. This is the working/response of VOLTAS Company.
    Again lodged the Complain with Voltas, now they are reopening the complain.

      I have bought 1.5 ton window ac (DYA 183) from Delhi Cantt on 10 May 17. I registered a request for installation (No.[protected]) which was to be attended on 11 May 17. I received a call on 11 May and the technician informed that he will be there in 30 mins. He did not come for four hours. When contacted he informed that his bike is not in order and he will not come. Since then I have been calling the call center, however the ac is not yet installed

      Maine last year 1 ton window ac purchase kiya hai. Uske swing may prob hai. Abhi warranty may hai ac. Servicing k liye aye thy madhu vihar delhi se unko complaint karvayi thi march may. Uske baad unke office may jyoti se baat ho chuki kai bar par repair k liye koi nahi aya. Pls help me.

        On 6-4-2017 i complained that my ac was not cooling properly. Mechanic visited my place from ginny aircon, mongolpuri, delhi. He reported gas leakage. He also reported that earthing, stabilizer, tonnage/room size were ok. Unit was taken on 8-4-2017 and delivered back on[protected] charging rs. 350 (Visit) + rs. 1, 700/-. Again it was complained that. The cooling was not proper. Mechanic again visited my place on[protected], reported that it was not cooling properly. Unit was again taken and delivered back after a few days. Again on[protected] complaint was made that the cooling was not proper and a senior mechanic should be sent to solve the problem. On[protected] mechanic visited my place and found that room temperature was not going beyond 27 degree c. He waited and did all things like closing room properly, switch off fan but temperature did not come down from 27. He then blamed that as per room size the ac of 0.75 ton was below capacity. That the ac was working properly.
        I simply say this was the condition when i complained on 6-4-2017 that my ac was not cooling properly. Mechanic reported leakage of gas. He reported earthing, stabilizer and tonnage/room size as ok. Now that cooling is not proper even as per the last visit. He has given in writing that due size of room cooling is not proper.
        Either the defect should be removed or money refunded.

          I have purchased voltas 1.5 ton inverter ac183vey my air conditioner was working absolutely fine however since i got my air conditioner first service done
          The totally spoiled my inside condenser fins and they told me the experts would be coming to service my ac however illiterate came to my place they damaged the unit and i told them why are you doing so and asked them to do it more carefully they still did it acerbic manner and they damaged the unit all of sudden to make money they said the coolant gas is less in the unit without even by measuring it and they asked me to get a top up done so asked me to present the bill which i submitted and they connected a pie with the outdoor unit and said its done and asked me to sign the paper and told me i will get it done free for you so you don't have to pay however not a single coolant gas top up as my air conditioner is damaged by the representatives hence my air conditioner is not working in an efficient manner so i would request the organisation to hire well qualified representative /engineers and get my air conditioner working back to the original condition

            My name is shiv Kumar Yadav from baran district, bought an Ac from Hai mata Di electronics on 31st march 2017. Ac model number is 182dy. Ac machine is not able to dispense water from the day 1 and the cooling is also not happening and from past few days it is causing weird burning smell whenever we start the machine. Filed a complaint in the customer care on 28th April. Since then we are not getting any solution from the voltas service centre team also. Very unprofessional behaviour from the company and the dealer.

              This is my serious request to Voltas Customer support to do something for my AC. We have purchased this 1.5ton 3 star AC before 2 yrs. And since then it is not working properly. The actual thing is that the compressor stop working after 1hr as it gets heated very soon as it is on. Then it releases hot air and unfortunately we have to keep the AC off till minimum half an hour, then after only it starts. Initially we thought that this might be the problem of coolant, , but later on when we call the service man, he said that this is compressor's problem or the manufacturers.. So this is my kindly request to Voltas "A Tata Product", We believe your quality and service. So please do some needful for us.

                  I purchased one voltas a/c 1 tonne 3 star from jojo home shoppe changanasserry on 4/4/16. As agreed they installed the same on 5/4/16. As we retired husband and wife are residing alone, use of this unit was few. This was not properly cooling from the very begunning.                     Purchased ac on 07.04.2017 thro snapdeal installed on 12.04.2017. My request no. [protected] dated 06.05.2017 reg.ac not cooling still not resolved. 2 times mechanic came and observed ac not cooling. Mechanics told gas to be replaced. Is gthis thev reputation of voltas products and services. Every day i ring upto [protected] and the reply is within 24 hrs it will be made ok. But 01 week has elapsed no action.

                      We bought a air cooler at chennai sathya agencies. We received the damaged product and we took it to them and replaced with new one. The new one also having water leakage problem. We booked the service request with voltas, but the problem not yet resolved.

                      We tried to reach out the sathya agencies none of the phone number are working given in the invoice.

                      We couldn't avail the service to resolve the issue from voltas company.

                        avoid to purchase ac from voltas and tata cliq, i purchased one split 125ZY ac from tata cliq and seller voltas, there was scheme of extended extra 2 year amc worth rs 11500, but even after 90 days i did not get documents for extended warranty if i call tata cliq they say call voltas and vice versa, just making fool of customers

                        so avoid tata cliq and avoid voltas

                          I' buy an air conditioner from jail road branch last year 18th may 16. As per the commitment Voltas have to give me 2 free services for the same ac. And as per requirement I'd register 8th may 2017 as a service date. I had called Voltas customer care no [protected] on 8tg of may, 17, they told me the technician will visit my place on same day but nobody had come for the same. In the evening I've got a message from Voltas that my service request has been successfully closed as my ac was in guarantee period so I had paid 0 charges for the service which is a false message. I had called up again on same customer care no [protected] on 9th may, 17 and the executive reopened my request id and gave me a no [protected] and I'd spoke to Mr Ashish and he committed me to send a technician at my place on 9th may evening, but nobody had come. Again I called up on same no [protected] and spoke to Mr Rajat and he told me that Hari Nagar area is now not his territory but still he will provide me a technician on same day 10th may 17 in the evening. But nob visited my place. I again gave a call on [protected] in the evening and spoke to a lady who told me Rajat have no idea about the things and nobody will come to your place as Hari Nagar area is not her territory since 9th may, 17 evening. And I have to call again on customer care and have to raise a new service request for the same. I called up to the customer care no [protected] again on same time and some RUCHIKA, (I am sure it's a fake name)picked up the call told me on 11th may, 17 the technician will visit my place for the service of my ac. And she committed this without asking my request id and my registered mobile no as I had called from some other contact no. Please resolve the issue on priority as we have 2 free services from Voltas and till now we're not able to service our ac as we required this on very urgent basis. And if voltas is not able to satisfy the customers so they should shut the company as we all are wasting money to buy the Voltas products.

                            I had purchased volta 1.5 ton split ac in 23rd march from a dealer grah collection, dehri on sone, distt - rohtas, bihar.
                            Problem is this ac is not working from from the installation time.
                            It means this ac is not working from 24 th march (Date of installation). The paid installation team also provided by the dealer. I registere the complaint 4-5 times in voltas service cutomer care number. The complaint number is [protected] & [protected]. Voltas service engineer came and repair the pcb kit minimum 10 times. But everytime ac pcb kit blast within 1 minute. I m living in my home with my wife and my 2.5 year daughter at 1st floor. It to hard to live without ac in 1st floor in this summer.
                            I requested them to replace the whole machine if it not possible to repair. Every time they tell we r trying to repair it.
                            My 2 months summer time passed without ac working.
                            I requested to you please help me to replace my this ac.

                                First installation is done in unprofessional way. The outlet tubes got folded and wires tangled with each other. i had attached the pics of it. I'm not satisfied about installation.

                                  I need money back for my installation of Voltas AC from company Vendor. They sold me extra 10 foot AC wire unnecessarily. They guide me wrong for this installation so they can sell me the extra wires, AC gas. Also the installation is done in very casual way. No wires were tied up with tape.

Again complaints was done... Water started to pour... Everyday a new person turned up.. But of no avail... Till date ac not working... Worst worst worst ac i have brought and worst person to deal with... I would request all people to not invest ur hard earned money and time...in this company... Worst experience... Would send my complaint to amazon too... To not collaborate with these unprofessional attitude people... I pledge never ever to buy anything from voltas ever again...                                         We had purchased a Voltas Window ac from vijay sales vide invoice dated[protected]. Only in the first year the ac was working in good condition. After that in the year 2014, there are series of problem which started to happen with the Voltas window AC. (Please go through the trial mail below)

                                        Year 2015 - After series of calls and complaint, we were mentioned by the executive that the compressor is not working properly and then the compressor was changed. Along with the compressor change, we were asked to pay for gas refilling.
                                        Year 2016- Gas leakage was mentioned and then again gas was refilled.
                                        Year 2017 - 27.03.2017 we called the voltas executive for wet service. We informed about the compressor noise but that issue was not taken care.Same problem inspite of complaining to the executive that the compressor is making noise and stops abruptly.

                                        We fail to understand since the purchase a faulty ac was given. Every now and then we are facing the same issue.
