I had bought 12 nos. 1.5 Ton split air conditioners. about 5 years back.
I am surprised to see that no one from Voltas turned up inspite of my repeated complaints that there is design problem and all the ac needs to be replaced. They started failing within few months of installation within warranty period only.

You will be surprised to note that the outdoor unit fan is made of such a poor quality that most of the fans have broken during normal running.
This fan breakage has damaged the poor aluminium coil also leading to my loss of Rs.[protected] per ac

I have spent this amount for almost 4-5 units and more units will need replacement.
Voltas need to note and acknowledge that this Vertis design was a big failure and all my 12 air conditioners should be replaced immediately.

    This is informed to that your service confirmation is not on time. When i talk to customer care about your service schedule your associate told me that your registration of product is 25 may 2016 and your purchased date of your product on 9th may 2016. Your service associate told me that your ac service is out of warranty it will be paid. Will you told me that where is my fault. This my fault to purchase your branded product for this kind of service. May be in future i never consult to any one about your purchase your product. If this kind of service are you given to customer.

      Gas charging of my voltas split ac 1.5 ton was done by voltas service centre (M/s unique enternational) on 18.04.2017. I was charged rs.1800/- for the gas charging and was told that in case any complaint within one month no visiting fee will charged. Further in case gas charging is again required it will be done free of charge for three months. As the cooling deteriorated i made a complaint on 12.5.2017 (No.[protected]) i. E within one month. No one visited but i was informed that a gas technician would visit. No one has visited till date. Now the service centre intends to charge me for the visit because they have not attended my complaint within one month.

      My complaint should be attended to and no visiting fee should be charged for this visit.

      Yesterday, one technician visited and informed that there is gas leakage and it will be attended to by the service provider. I have been told by the technician that gas technician would visit. I am waiting for him to do the needful.

      The Gas Technician visited today and told that condenser needs to be replaced. The copper condenser shown by him does not have any mark indicating that it has been provided by Volta. They are charging me Rs 4000/- for this replacement. I want to know what is the MRP of the condenser. Voltas may pl. let me know how to ascertain that it is a genuine condenser and it is within MRP.

        For rectification of request no [protected] dated 21 April 17 Eng. Md. Afak was detailed but he did nothing, and just directed to shift the AC to service center by given a repair estimate of Rs. 4000/-, where the problem re-solved in 600/-by another Eng. via request dated [protected] dated 27/04/2017.           I purches voltas air cooler on 5th of june 2016, model: voltas 50 litres vn-d50e desert cooler. And within 5 days problem
          (Started some time sensor stoped working, some time fan, i asked for replacement but no action it taken so far, till facing same problem, this time
          Cooler motor, and sensor and alarm, is not working. I made a complain for repair and replacement bt no action taken. Just every time technician visit they fix and go, and again next days problems remains the same...
          I am totally fed up with voltas worthless product.

          I need replacement because its still under warranty.

            Voltas - ac doing lot of noise... Very upset - worst service

            Very recently i have taken Voltas AC from Flipkart less than 2 months back.

            It is giving lot of noise right from installation. Till date i have given complaint 3 times & the concerned engineer came twice and not able to resolve the issue. no one came for the 3rd call.

            I was very much disappointed with this bad quality of the product.

            In our Family we have taken 8 Voltas Ac's and having lot of respect...

            We have bought a voltas AC, 1.5ton 185zyja model on 29/4/2017 from south india marketing agencies, tilak nagar, hyderabad. Bill number: 6652.

            We iinstalled it on the very next day.
            When we tired to on it, it didnot work, we made a complain and next day they came and told us that there was no gas, later they said welding is required.. As it is a new AC why should we do all this.. and how can we trust after doing so many repairs.We complained regarding this, but no one responded.

            We need replacement for our AC as soon as possible.

            Quarry has not been resolved in time that is the reason our products AC out of warranty now technician came and offered service charge privately which is against company rule and regulations.

              I called voltas customer care centre dat my window ac is not cooling properly on 18 april 17, request no. Is [protected] they sent a service man he said gas to be filled in ac. I said ok to fill gas, 350/- visit charegs and 1850/- for gas filling and service charged taken from me. He said that they are giving 3 months warranty for it. But just after 25 days ac was not cooling when i called dat engineer he came and said your ac coil are dameaged now you have to pay 7200 for it. I was shocked, i mean 20days back i gave 2250 and now i will have to pay 7200 . How ac coil got damaged within 20 to 25 days. I will not suggest any one to buy voltas product. I m very upset. I dont have any other solution.

                I have purchased Volats 1.5 ton split AC on March 29, 2017 and got installed by Voltas people they provided me reciept of installation.Hardly 48 hours were passed colling effect was zero I spoke to voltas people they inspected and said gas is leaked after insattalion of Gas colling effect is again zero.
                U guys have cheated by installing faulty product. I have called up your team for replacement of my unit. I cannot scarifice my time on new AC repair work following up with you guys and waiting for gas to be filled .

                Its my request send a new 1.5 unit split ac and take this uselless unit.
                Thier is no point customer paying up you and making follow up with you on solving issues, I would not recommmend any one VOLTAS and will surely take this up to social media.

                  today i booked a complain regarding my 1.5 ton voltas ac which is out of warranty purchase 14 month back.

                  Complain was regarding. Leakage of water from the internal unit on centralisef helpline no. Req no . [protected] dated 14 5 17.

                  Two people supposedly from voltas came to cater my complain (mo.No. [protected]).

                  They switched on a.C. & one went up to see the external unit after some time asked one to switch of[censored]nit & again to switch it on. On switching on cooling went down to zero, where as there was no complain with cooling prior to his touching of external unit . Gas was manually leaked by these semiskilled technician.

                  Problem not rectified asking rs 1800 for gas filling.

                  Please send senior technician urgently with proper resolution of this cheating.

                  Functional unit ac has been converted to nonfunctional unit now.

                  I am not expecting such type of cheating process by a world reputed company tata .

                  Please take proper action regarding this.

                    I had logged a service request vide complaint no A[protected] on 19th of April. After couple of days a service boy carried out the dry service and it was detected that AC require some service & needs replacement. I told him to do so. But no one from Voltas is bother to do anything.

                    Is this how Voltas provides service? I think I made a big mistake of buying Voltas AC. Voltas might be a big brand name but I think any private service provider would have done a much better service job.

                    I am not presently able to operate my AC. This hot climate is also causing lot of problems.
                    I am making a final request to Voltas to resolve my problem. Failing which I will be forced to approach consumer forum. Hope my request will be attended to at the earliest.

                      I bought a Voltas split ac from amazon.in. When ac was installed, it started leaking water after 1 hr o[censored]se. The installation guy re installed the ac but it still didnt get fixed. The installation guy said its the issue with AC.

                      When I called Voltas customer care they said a technician will check the issue. They have assigned the request to same service center which sent the installation guy. I am not getting any response from the service center.

                      Voltas service is pathetic and has caused me immense mental trauma and loss of energy and time.

                      My time is precious and I cant run too and fro from office to flat to get this fixed during weekdays. I need the ac to get fixed today or else take your pathetic AC back and refund back all the expenses incurred - installation charge, core drilling charge, bracket charge, ac charge.

                        I am self employed. On 4 th of may i decided to change my LG ac 2 in number for voltas. As its too hot i needed the replacement as soon as possible as have a cliental to see too. I booked 2 window ac with cool traders. Got them installed on 6 th. 1 ac had a terrible heavy sound n the display was not functional. Registered a complaint with voltas n there tecnician came checked n confirmed the problem. He said he will replace display n sound but i wanted a replacement as why should a day old machine be repaired. In his report he mentioned that compressor sound but later they tried to give reason of grill sound but both ac hv grill n the 2 nd one if fine. I was told by voltas that i should ask the dealer to change the ac n every day i have been calling but till date 14 th it has not been replaced. The voltas ppl say the dealer is responsible n dealer says voltas should give him ac as he does not have. My work my clients all suffering. We cannot sit in the room with the ac on. My purpose of changing to voltas has failed. Im in a fix dnt know whome to tell to solve the issue.

                        I have purchased Volats 1.5 ton split AC on 4 April, 2017 and got installed by Voltas people.Hardly 24 hours were passed colling effect was zero I spoke to voltas people they inspected and said gas has been leaked during insattalion of AC. After repairing by Voltas People again Cooling Effect was zero with in next 12 Hours.

                        Again contacted Voltas vide complain No.[protected] with request to send experienced technician. Again earlier technician contacted & retured back with out any solution.

                        Then SMS has been received that Your problem has been resolved. This is the working/response of VOLTAS Company.
                        Again lodged the Complain with Voltas, now they are reopening the complain.

                          I have bought 1.5 ton window ac (DYA 183) from Delhi Cantt on 10 May 17. I registered a request for installation (No.[protected]) which was to be attended on 11 May 17. I received a call on 11 May and the technician informed that he will be there in 30 mins. He did not come for four hours. When contacted he informed that his bike is not in order and he will not come. Since then I have been calling the call center, however the ac is not yet installed

                          Maine last year 1 ton window ac purchase kiya hai. Uske swing may prob hai. Abhi warranty may hai ac. Servicing k liye aye thy madhu vihar delhi se unko complaint karvayi thi march may. Uske baad unke office may jyoti se baat ho chuki kai bar par repair k liye koi nahi aya. Pls help me.

                            On 6-4-2017 i complained that my ac was not cooling properly. Mechanic visited my place from ginny aircon, mongolpuri, delhi. He reported gas leakage. He also reported that earthing, stabilizer, tonnage/room size were ok. Unit was taken on 8-4-2017 and delivered back on[protected] charging rs. 350 (Visit) + rs. 1, 700/-. Again it was complained that. The cooling was not proper. Mechanic again visited my place on[protected], reported that it was not cooling properly. Unit was again taken and delivered back after a few days. Again on[protected] complaint was made that the cooling was not proper and a senior mechanic should be sent to solve the problem. On[protected] mechanic visited my place and found that room temperature was not going beyond 27 degree c. He waited and did all things like closing room properly, switch off fan but temperature did not come down from 27. He then blamed that as per room size the ac of 0.75 ton was below capacity. That the ac was working properly.
                            I simply say this was the condition when i complained on 6-4-2017 that my ac was not cooling properly. Mechanic reported leakage of gas. He reported earthing, stabilizer and tonnage/room size as ok. Now that cooling is not proper even as per the last visit. He has given in writing that due size of room cooling is not proper.
                            Either the defect should be removed or money refunded.

                              I have purchased voltas 1.5 ton inverter ac183vey my air conditioner was working absolutely fine however since i got my air conditioner first service done
                              The totally spoiled my inside condenser fins and they told me the experts would be coming to service my ac however illiterate came to my place they damaged the unit and i told them why are you doing so and asked them to do it more carefully they still did it acerbic manner and they damaged the unit all of sudden to make money they said the coolant gas is less in the unit without even by measuring it and they asked me to get a top up done so asked me to present the bill which i submitted and they connected a pie with the outdoor unit and said its done and asked me to sign the paper and told me i will get it done free for you so you don't have to pay however not a single coolant gas top up as my air conditioner is damaged by the representatives hence my air conditioner is not working in an efficient manner so i would request the organisation to hire well qualified representative /engineers and get my air conditioner working back to the original condition

                                My name is shiv Kumar Yadav from baran district, bought an Ac from Hai mata Di electronics on 31st march 2017. Ac model number is 182dy. Ac machine is not able to dispense water from the day 1 and the cooling is also not happening and from past few days it is causing weird burning smell whenever we start the machine. Filed a complaint in the customer care on 28th April. Since then we are not getting any solution from the voltas service centre team also. Very unprofessional behaviour from the company and the dealer.

                                  This is my serious request to Voltas Customer support to do something for my AC. We have purchased this 1.5ton 3 star AC before 2 yrs. And since then it is not working properly. The actual thing is that the compressor stop working after 1hr as it gets heated very soon as it is on. Then it releases hot air and unfortunately we have to keep the AC off till minimum half an hour, then after only it starts. Initially we thought that this might be the problem of coolant, , but later on when we call the service man, he said that this is compressor's problem or the manufacturers.. So this is my kindly request to Voltas "A Tata Product", We believe your quality and service. So please do some needful for us.

                                      I purchased one voltas a/c 1 tonne 3 star from jojo home shoppe changanasserry on 4/4/16. As agreed they installed the same on 5/4/16. As we retired husband and wife are residing alone, use of this unit was few. This was not properly cooling from the very begunning.
