Despite my best efforts I have not been able to change my current address and as result unable to avail single service for any of my 4 new Acs which are in warranty.
I had shifted to a new location -Greater Noida on 24 Aug 22, which is having 4 new Voltas Ac installed. As per the protocol Voltas should have updated their records with the serial No. of these 4 machines and updated with address of the invoice when these 4 machines were installed by Voltas Installation/service team. But apparently no such process is in existence in Voltas.
Maybe that is the reason that even after half a dozen calls to customer care they are unable to change my old address to the current address and repeatedly delegating service dealer rep to the old address. Since I relocated, the service engineers took no action, saying 'customer shifted'.
Please advise whether Change of address is permitted and if so, does it require the Head Customer Service approval. Was this information helpful? |
