It is to inform you that I purchased your company fridge in September 21 after that I regularly complain about excessive icing and water cooling in fridge. Your technical support resolve the problem but problem remain the same. So please resole this or replace the fridge.

    On the 29th June, the AC unit stopped functioning and complaint was registered. Complaint number - [protected].

    The first batch of service engineers came and said this was not their area of expertise and to contact the customer care again. On second call to customer care, a new team of service engineers came and diagnosed compressor damage; said it needs to be replaced. They said new part will be available with-in 15 days....

    Hi, i purchased 3 new voltas AC 2 months ago and 1 is not working (no cooling) after 15 days of purchase.
    my req id is [protected]

    i am not getting solution from last 1 month, every time they tell same thing (part not available), last time they told me that Full AC will be replaced but this time agan they have same wording.

    what is benifit of brand like VOLTAS if we have to face this. please replace it on high priority.

      There was no cooling by the ac for which a complaint was lodged. Gas leak and pcb failure was detected on before 15 days. After that no action has been taken from the service center, quick ac works. The only reason they give is that the part is not available. The ac has not been picked up nor has the gas leak been fixed. We are under an annual maintenance contract but the service is extremely poor.

We are under an annual maintenance contract but the service is extremely poor.

        Sarthak Dhingra, resident of vikaspuri new delhi 110018, have been experiencing a horrifying time with the voltas ac I purchased on 23 Rd may 2020

        It's a 2 ton window AC which worked fine in the 1st year but this year i e. 2022 I have made almost 10 complaints in the last 6 months but still I haven't got any resolution to my solution.

        4-5 times soldering has been done and gas has been refilled, the ac works fine for 10-15 days but then breaks down again, various sensors have also been replaced and condenser coil has also been changed twice.

        Despite all this i haven't been able to find a solution for the ac problem.

        The voltas servicing staff makes temporary arrangements and close the complaint request, but it's the same issue everytime.

        After this experience I will never purchase any voltas product for sure.

        I demand for full refund or replacement of my ac with a new one.

        This is my last resort, I have tried raising my complaint to various people like Mr. Vicky who is the area service manager +[protected] and also to Mr. Ashok yadav who is the area head +91 [protected] but my complaints have fallen on deaf ears.

        If this mail is not answered and my ac is not replaced / refunded within 7 days, I will take this case to the consumer court.

          I sent my voltas water dispenser to get repaired to voltas service centre at ambala cantt (hr) m/s oberoi refrigeration four times in last two months, every time they charged their service and spare part charges from me but not rectified the fault now i am daily calling and requesting them to rectify the same but daily making new excuses

            I purchased a split ac from Gorakhpur UP. This year it was not cooling properly and we registered a complaint on 10 August. Even after 8 days, still complaint is pending. Service centre is not showing any interest to fix this problem. We paid extra and took five year of extended warranty at the time of purchase.

              I bought an ac in mid of April.
              With new ac the technician who came to install charged RS 1000 to do the install.

              After few weeks it stopped working
              After complaints and constant calling to service centre, rude behaviour of service centre representative Dalbir Singh (Kharar )
              It got picked up.
              In august again it stopped working when I registered complaint
              Next day a technician came and told he will get it picked by the end of the day and asked for service message that came.
              He took screenshot of that and even without providing resolution he closed the case

              Next day after calling n no. Of times to service centre I called customer service and came to know that case was closed
              So I again asked customer care representative to open case and reassign service centre and gave me number of some regional manager
              After meddling with him for 2-3 days finally he assigned new service centre and when new technician came he said they have to order some part and it will take 7-10 days to get that part which needs to replaced.

              That’s the service of Indian number 1 ac company.
              When I called the customer service again
              They told me only service centre can tell when will part arrive
              Service centre guy didn’t tell and said customer service will tell,

              It’s been 3-5 months since I bought this ac
              And second time it will get repaired
              And whenever I have to get it fixed I have go through all this ?

              What part takes 7-10 days to arrive?

              Poor product and bad customer service and support of the product

              DNT BUY INDIA’s Number 1 AC.

              It’s been 15 days a part of product was supposed to come.
              But it didn’t.

                This is inform you that service against ticket no [protected] and [protected] not done even after one and 1/2 month completed. I lodged my Complaint on 30/06/22 as AC was not working. Voltas service centre at Ghaziabad local representative came on 6th July and informed us regarding non functioning of sensor and later on said compressor issue. The local service centre is totaly defunc and saying components not received so far till 26 th july. Team voltas took up my matter only after I raised this matter to social media.On 28 th july .but now matter is still at no place. I have escalated my issue at varioius platform and email almost 14 times and team confirm that matter will resolved on same day . False promises over phone made by local team headed by asm RAVI Jha and forwarded our call each time. It height of inefficiency and unprofessional behaviour.

                  My Air conditioner bought from Tata cliq of brand Voltas has been dead for over 2 weeks now. The service centre of Voltas has been useless they have visited my home twice more than a week ago but nothing happened. After chasing them up and calling several times I was told that condensor needs to be replaced but it is not available so I need to pay up depriciation amount to get a replacement. This all is happening when my AC is under comprehensive warranty for 5 years and I have also taken the yearly AMC as well and ac is not even 1 year and 3 months old. This was a defective product that was delivered and have raised atleast 10 complaints ever since I bought it. Details of product Voltas 1.5 Ton Copper (2020 Range) WAC 18H DZB (R32) Hot and Cold Window AC (White) 1.IMEI/Serial Num 4011359A20GC00520. Invoice attached as well. Either I need refund of Rs 28000 which I paid for the product or a replacement with similiar product without paying anything. What's the fun of buying something with comprehensive if Voltas is threatening me to pay up for depriciation.

                    Inverter AC unsatisfactory performance

                    I have been using Voltas split ACs for last 20 years and never faced problem in performance.
                    I regret to inform you that In 2019 i purchased on Split Inverter AC of 1.5 Ton for my home. It have proved to be a very bad decision as the ac never run satisfactorily. I have made several complaints since installation of AC we did not pursue the complaint during covid period as we did not allow any one inside or home. This AC was attended...

                        I am very disappointed & stressed with Voltas AC Service, I have placed AC repair request on July 5th & Service person came next day, Parts has been Claimed under Warranty, Initially they says it will take 4-5days and later when i contact Voltas care they says it will take 2 Weeks to get part replacement & no response from Voltas. Again i have contacted via phone & email now it was postponded to Aug 6th(very upset) & i have tried to communicated with all mode via Customer Service email & Phone again it was changed to Aug 12th 2022.

                        Voltas Escalation department & Voltas Area service manager now they are simply changed ETA of parts to Aug 28th. I don't have trust with Voltas now & no proper update from all the department in Voltas. I need an help from consumer commission to resolve this issue, Pls help me... This is my Last Hope.

                        I getting this kind of message form voltas since last 1 and 1/2 month . I am really panic as summer gone but service yet to received in hope proabally in the winter season. It a very sad to say my decision to by Volatas AC was wrong. I committed not to make further any mistake.

                            I have purchased a Voltas split AC for my workplace. I have everything fitted already like the wire stabilizer and every single thing that needs to be there for an AC installation. But the service guy came to install the ac said that I have to purchase the new wiring ang stabilizer as well from them. Wire cost he told me 320/ feet or meter i don't remember but he told me wiring would cost around 4000 and in total he said the fitting would cost me around 7500. I did not have an option to install the ax from a local electrician because till the time Voltas engineer does not scan the code on the product. It won't be working. This is how I have been told by that service guy from Voltas. DO NOT BUY VOLTAS ACs. I have returned that AC to that store and bought a new AC from Hitachi. Working good on my existing setup. THEY ARE NOT TATA PRODUCT. #CHOR

                              We buy voltas window inverter ac in April 2022 from Gaurav sales H. no. 103 nihal vihar phase 2 nilothi extension Nangloi Delhi AC is not working properly for day after one it is not colling and again and again it compressor stop working we complaint many time like 5 to 6 times but problem is not solve worker came and take ac along with them they came after 10 to 12 days but after some time the problem remain same. we complaint again they came but don't know about the problem. this ac piece is defective please replace it.

                                since above mentioned date i.ve been constantly calling voltas CC & service centre, & initially it took about 20-25 days for changing a part of my 1.5 ton Windows Split AC, that has "no cooling" issue.
                                & again after 1 day it got the same issue & till date i am waiting to get that part changed by voltas service team, & nobody has the exact timeframe in which my AC would be ok, almost summer is over & despite of several requests of taking action asap as we need to run this AC in harsh summer days, nobody is taking it seriously

                                  Part not available after 9 days getting 2-3 days estimate on each contact. Contact them 4th time.

                                  I've registered complain on 31/07/2022 got 2-3 days estimate to change the part, did not get any response in 3 day after that i contact them for status got anther 3 days estimate waiting for another 3 days did get any response from their side getting another 2-3 days .
