[Resolved] Voltas — Voltas AC repeated gas leakage|| 3 leakages in one year | |||
Dear team, I bought a voltas split ac in april 2016. Within 10 days of installation, a gas leakage happened and the ac stopped working. Quite clearly, the product sold to me was a defected one. But the representatives were adamant about the quality of the product and we had to make do with a gas refill. The ac then somehow worked through last summer even though it's display kept on malfunctioning from time to time. Then in april 2017, we had to undergo another gas refill, which is surprising considering that the other acs in the house didn't require any gas refilling. Also this voltas ac is relatively new.. Having used it for only 15 days this season, the ac has again stopped cooling. Please note that this piece has required 3 gas refills in only one year... I don't know if this doesn't qualify for a faulty product then what does... I am requesting you very humbly to please get this useless ac unit replaced... Was this information helpful? | |||
