My split ac is not working and i had requested for ac services in the voltas customer care on 08/05/2016. The customer care had taken my request and arranged a technician for the services but the technician altaf had called me on 09/05/2016 around 10:30 am ist and said he will not be able to come as per the customer timing and if required i can complain against them and they do not care it doesnt make them a difference and will come only as per his convenience. I had called up customer care multiple time for a different technician but the customer care is not ready to take calls and is giving false information.

It has been observed that voltas is no more in market as their service is no more.. guys i am doing continue complaints about my AC since Dec, 2014.. but voltas guys are doing same and same again, now i am going to peel of their report to social media and consumer cell as well...
