[Resolved] Voltas — Voltas employees joking with me | |||||
I purchased a window ac 1.5ton on 20/12/12. Now very first summer season of 2013, pcb card started problem i called your personal he came and made some settings on 15/06/13 but the problem remains as it was. I call them again they diagnose and stated " pcb card is faulty dated 7/11/13 They replaced that card on 4/12/13 but the remote didn't work with the card, hence i had written remarks in service report that remote also need to be replaced along with, since four years i am regularly complaining regarding it. Several times my complaint cancelled at last few days before he bring a remote but that also not worked, now he says your pcb card is faulty and demanded rs. 500 to repair it immediately. Please make me understand what this is you are doing with me Also i am anclosing attachments of service reports and bill of purchase Was this information helpful? | |||||
