Voltas — Voltas service is very poor

We brought a Voltas air cooler on 6th April 2016, We found that water supply is not happening correctly to right and left side of honey comb pads we have raised a complaint on 8th April Till now the problem is not resolved.

Voltas is giving a poorest service in this regards it's not been 24hrs it came to 24 working days. There is no follow up calls from the team.
