[Resolved] Voltas — Voltas Service warranty | |||||
I am facing issues with voltas from past 3 years. 2 years back, the was gas leak in my ac, which they repaired and gave a warranty for 1 season which is actually 1-2 month. But they assured that gas leak is not normal and they checked all the parts any other leak. But, it happened again last year for which i had to pay again. This time they mentioned that something was missed from their end as the volve they had fit the previous had the leakage, but still i had to pay for it. And again they assured that this is not normal, gas leak generally doesn't happen again once checked properly. And they again gave warranty for 1 season, which this time was only 1 month left for the season. And yesterday, again when i switched on my ac for the first time this season, i am again getting the same issue, what kind of service is this provided by voltas, charging the customer for the same problem every year.
