I lodge a complain in voltas customer care no [protected] for my ac service after 3 days they send there man for service they checked my ac and told me that sir we checked your ac and there is gas problem in it. tomorrow someone will come from our company and fill gas in your ac. you give us 400 rs as a service charge. i denied to give money to him and i said that i will pay your service charge and gas charges both who will come tomorrow. next day they send two man they also repeat the same thing checked the ac and told me that there is gas problem in your ac 1800 rs cost for gas and 500 as a service charge tomorrow someone will come and fill your gas and he said ( if you want to fill gas then give me 1500 rs in advance and rest amount after service as told by mam. the voltas is making fool of me from last 5 days no one is hearing and doing anything just asking for money in advance please take some action i will very thankful to you .
