[Resolved] Voltas — voltas services compressor not yet received | |
My request was raised on 15/07/2018 Compressor needs to be changed as per service centre it is to be applied with 2 3 days but it has been more than a week. After so many escalations and talking to managers delivery head Mr. Gaurav. I got date 21/7/2018 that by 11 -1 pm technician is going to come. But now they say that compressor is not available with them they need some more time. Ridiculous service by Voltas team. Always customer has to call multiple times to check status. No response or any return call from team to give status to customer no online track as well. Was this information helpful? | |
