[Resolved] Voltas — voltas split 5 star ac out of working from 16 days but no any resolution from voltas company.

I brought voltas 5 star split ac from govind nagar kpr on 26/04/17. It was out of working on 04/08/17 from dt of purchase. I have regd. Complained on 04/08/17 vide compl. Reg. N.[protected] (Mob. N[protected]) then next day vendor came from company and taken away pc of ac. I contineously remind to customer care. It is subject to very regret and hurrashmentable that 16 days Elapsed in extreme summer weather but problem as it is. So your service is very poor and incredible.
