[Resolved] Voltas — voltas split ac 1.5 ton- water sipping problem | |||
Kindly refer to my call log for ac break down registered on 16th jun from my registered mobile no. [protected]. I was assured engineer will visit within 24 hrs. However its been almost 5 days now but nobody from voltas has even contacted me, leaving my issue unresolved. This is not the post sales customer sevice expected from brand like voltas. I am calling daily twice or more to customer care but only to take false assurance.ac is not working at all and i am thinking useless purchase of voltas as the same water sipping problem occured earlier also and it took 5-6 times engineer visit to solve the issue. The same problem started again and still no resolution provided. I am feeling hapless with the company service and will not recommend voltas brand to anyone in future.
