[Resolved] Voltas — voltas split a/c 1 ton second service | |||
My name is joseph ninan. Mobile no: [protected]. Email id is [protected]@gmail.com. A 1 ton split a/c was purchased on 24/08/2017 from m/s jss ac world, kottayam, kerala 686001. A request for second free service was made before the expiry of one year. Though the dealer called me once to assure that he will come, no one turned up.in the interim, i was busy with other important issues. On 30/10/2018 i called the customer care requesting to do my second service. I am told that "i should have reminded them before[protected]. This"cut-off date"rule has not been made known to me by voltas. It is something"known only to them." i believe that the failure at their end to close/resolve my request made within time cannot be saddled on me by technicalities or rules not made known to me.
