[Resolved] Voltas — Voltas split AC giving E2 error | |||||
My Voltas Split 1.5 ton 3 star AC is just 1.2 years old and its not working now and giving E2 error on the panel. I called Voltas customer care on 27th may to lodge a complaint and same was registered as Request No [protected] appointment scheduled for[protected]. The technician came and opened my AC and told that PCB is damaged and same would be replaced. He said he will bring the new in the evening but that evening never came. He also took the charges from me but never returned. Its almost 5 days now but the service centre people never provide any updates. They are not even recieving the calls now. I even spoke to the manager Mr. Ravi and he also has no updates. And atleast u have to call him 20 times then only he will pick up the call. I am really annoyed with the pathatic services from Voltas as no one provides updates neither the customer support nor the service center.
