I purchased a window ac 1.5ton on 20/12/12.
Now very first summer season of 2013, pcb card started problem i called your personal he came and made some settings on 15/06/13 but the problem remains as it was.
I call them again they diagnose and stated " pcb card is faulty dated 7/11/13
They replaced that card on 4/12/13 but the remote didn't work with the card, hence i had written remarks in service report that remote also need to be replaced along with, since four years i am regularly complaining regarding it. Several times my complaint cancelled at last few days before he bring a remote but that also not worked, now he says your pcb card is faulty and demanded rs. 500 to repair it immediately.
Please make me understand what this is you are doing with me
Also i am anclosing attachments of service reports and bill of purchase

    I have mailed twice on the Voltas customer complaint email id, but in vain. I had purchased Voltas 5star copper AC in March'17 in Faridabad and since then it is not cooling. The room temperature does not go below 29 at all. I have complained thrice on Voltas call centre. They came to check and told everytime that in summers, temp will not go below 27. If the temp doesn't go below 27 in summers, then for what reason are ACs made? Another thing, the technician broke the blower of AC while examining and then he changed it. Really shows the competence of Voltas technicians. I just want replacement or my money back if in Voltas ACs, the temp. Doesn't go below 27 in summers!!!

    I want my product to be replaced. Every week we complain and ur technicians come and say that in summers it will not go below 27..they say that machine is working fine.       The ac was repaired after 25 days of complaint and bill of rs 10300 was paid on 11.4.2017. This was for gas filling, compressor change and indoor motor change. Unique enternational shanker garden new delhi repaired. The delay was caused due to non availability of indoor motor as it was an old model of 2011.
      Now i am told that the motor is jammed and i am not sure how many days it will take to change the motor. My new complaint number of 30.05.2017 is [protected]

        Horrible after sales service from voltas

        I purchased voltas 1.5t windows ac on 16.03.2016. Received no service during warranty period of one year (Its my fault as they say because why didn't i book call!!). On 17.03.2017 i booked a call. The service man came and said ac has no fault you pay rs.450.00. I said you repair the ac, it works for 2/3 minutes then no cooling and works like a low speed fan. He said he will come again and never turned up and case was closed. I contacted one...

        I registered a compalaint for my air cooler on 14 may 17, mechanic visited my home on 16 and assesed pump is unserviceable. Since then i have tried to contact the regional manager but he his cutting his side saying pump has not been received by him. I am fed of giving repeated calls.           Hi,

          I have raised complaint with my 1.5 ton ac outdoor damage issue with complaint number [protected], the customer care people not at all responding with good manner, they always give me this and that reason for replacement.
          All summer has gone and yet they dint gave me any kind of replacement of outdoor, i have purchased the same with credit card and i am spending unnecessary money for that.

          Please take care of this complaint and send me my outdoor unit.

            This was seriously unexpected from voltas i have a 30years old window ac.. Still working well keeping this in my bind i purchased 10days back a split ac.. No cooling gets some noise from composer and get cut off after running continously 8hours.. Still no reason from no one

                  I have purchased a split ac of voltas on 24.5.2017 online. I put a service request on the same day at 4pm. The customer care person told me it will be done within three working days. My request number was [protected]. But without any reason they cancelled it at 10 pm on 25.5.2017. After getting sms at night i tried to contact customer care but it was either busy or engaged i am surprised about such a good reputed company has so poor customer care service and why they are telling it is available 24x7.

                    It's very shameful that i have purchased an voltas ac as i believed in tata products. But i m sorry to tell that if one could not handle then should no extent the business from a pin to jet what's the use i[censored] couldn't handle.
                    I put an complain on 22 of may for ac repair n till today dt 26 may no any response had come
                    I called mr wasim the area service people he even not received my calls it's 40 times i called him
                    Secondly i called state head mr deepak after continuous calls for 2 days the result is zero
                    I m fed up of the poor service

                      Hello,

                      I have bought a volats refrigerator from hiten sales agency
                      Dhanera 385310 (Ng)
                      Before almost 6 months ago, and we are kind of tired and hacked with unproductive performance of your machine, which is in return standing as an wrong investment over your products.

                      We have asked for services and technical support for more then 10 times, but i every time your guys shows up and repair the machine, it breakdown after sometime.

                      We have been using your refrigeration solutions from a long time, as we are in business of dairy products, we already have more then 25 machines that are currently working fine in other outlets (Stores), i believe this particular refrigerator has default issues and hence getting faulty now and then.

                      I have attached images of my product that i am using, plus all the complain list,
                      And registration number of each complain for your complete reference, my complain start from 4 march 2017 till date not solved. So that you can analyse my issue here

                        I purched a voltas ac copper for shadab electronics in 20 january 2016 name of mr. Nitesh kumar. This invoice no is se/si/16-17/1524 this ac is not working in first day like not cooling properly. Many times i complained in voltas customer care but no response in that side. Right now ac is gurrentee period. I am dissatisfy for this ac. Many time i call technician for customer care in voltas. But no one come in my house for repair for ac. If any problem in ac please refund my mony or exchange my ac. Votas is give very poor service and quality. I will not suggest in any person for purchase voltas any prodect. Because i am frausted this product

                          I had purchased voltas split ac from great eastern, dalhousie, kolkata under invoice no. Hbs/sa/1718/04164 on 19-05-17 to be delivered to me within 5-6 days but even after passage of 6 days the same has not been delivered yet. The basic phone no. Given in the invoice bill is not attended by anyone and no isd name or contact no./mobile no has been mentioned to contact due to delay in delivery of ac and installation.

                            Hi, i am a new customer of voltas. I bought an air conditioner of voltas (Voltas 245 dyi) from tata cliq on 7th of may 2017 and was delivered to me on 16th of may. I had several other options of air conditioners from different brands but i chose voltas because it claims to be india's one of the best ac manufacturing brands with good service quality. After the delivery of the product on 16th of may i called voltas customer service several times and requested for installation which is free because i bought it from tata cliq (Big mistake). After that i got a call from voltas' local service center and they confirmed my address to sent technicians. From then the technicians started giving excuses for not installing the ac which sounded pointless sometimes. The visits and excuses are as follows:
                            Visit no.1: the place is not ready for installation because "there is no electrical socket in front of the ac and give us a call after installing it" (Installed an electrical socket thereafter, bought all the required accessories for installation and called the technicians but nobody came so placed another installation request).
                            Visit no.2: the place is not ready for installation because "there is no ladder and rope to lift the outdoor unit and we will bring our ladder tomorrow". (But they saw the requirements in the first visit itself including the lifting of outdoor unit).
                            And after all of this when they were finally supposed to do the installation on 24th of may, i received a call from the local service center (By muktar) asking me if i've got the ladder ready (Where they claimed to have a ladder the day before). I got surprised and asked him are you giving all these excuses just because i'm eligible for free installation because your technicians were supposed to bring the ladder themselves. Then they said the technicians lied and we will have to borrow the ladder from the tent house which will cost you 800 rs.. Then i said no need to send the ladder because i could make a ladder in a much cheaper expense. Then muktar said ok we are sending the technicians as soon as possible. After waiting for several hours i called him back and this time he said the technicians were busy but they'll be arriving at any time. Again at around 5 p. M. I called him and this time he rudely said the technicians were on another site and will complete my installation even if its late at night and gave me their number. And finally at around 7pm i tried to call muktar and the technician but nobody answered. So i would request voltas to take some serious action about it as i am probably not the only customer facing this kind of issue and this cannot be the quality of service voltas claim to provide to its customers.                               Since the installation in March 2016, I have been facing some problem or the other with the AC.
                              This year during the service in Mar 2017, the technician said everything including the gas is fine and you can use it.
                              It worked fine for some weeks and then on 11th May 2017, the AC stopped with A7 error. Upon registration of complaint, a technician visited on 13th to say that he is inefficient as this is an inverter AC. Next technician came on 16 and resolved the A7 issue but since then the AC has not been cooling.
                              Despite several request to the technician, there has been no response till date.
                              I regret the buying this AC which is supposed to be premium range AC from the company. Such a poor quality and service.
                              I have put the same feedback on the company website also but here has been no response till date.
                              This is disheartening for a customer.

                              We have complaint regarding change in the compressor for AC 1 ton. As it is in waranty. So they also visited and told us that we will be changing the compressor as it is in warranty. Still more than 10 days they have not arrived for changing it. We have request also again than also nobody has arrived yet.

                                I purchased the split air conditioner from a authorised dealer at aligarh on 10th march 2016.
                                After under warranty service, it was observed that there was loud sound coming out from outdoor unit of the air conditioner. Therefore, 1st complaint was registered on 11th march 2017, complaint no [protected]. However no one turned up for many days. After continued pursuance, a service man turned up on 20th march 2017. He checked the outdoor unit, but the same loud sound is still emitting from the outdoor unit. He did not bothered to find the fault and fix it and went off saying he will come again to fix it only to never return.
                                Now since then, many calls have been made but no one has turned up.
                                Very poor service providers and worst and careless services are being provided by tata’s.

                                  I made an complaint on 15/5/2017 regarding non working of AC and you have send the your technician and they informed us that the compressor is not working and the same is in the warranty.

                                  Your technician have registered the complain of replacing the compressor so its my humble request to you and your team to change the comperssor as soon as possible. As you know summers are arrived and we are in problem as AC is not working.

                                    I called up 10 times to the voltas customer care bhopal about my ac not working as there is gas leakage issue... They just take this for granted and till today no technician came to resolve the issue.. There is a mam not aware about her name shes just giving excuses that no technician is available, no nitrogen is available and i was on leave... Such nonsense excuses shes giving but not able to resolve the issue... Such a pathetic service they have... Am going to take them to the consumer court as this is simple case of mental torture from these guys...
