[Resolved]  Voltas — Voltas Split AC - Problems not solved - I have been taken for ride.

Kindly look into this ASAP, I am feeling that I have got ditched by VOltas by providing me a fault product or not responding and providing me a solution.

The dealers are not responding properly. Take this into HIGH PRIORITY and sort this out.


Product details: 1.5 Ton Split AC Model no. 183SY

Date of purchase and purchase from: M/s.Sri Karthika Enterprises, Chennai 37 vide invoice no. SKE/15-16/053 dated 6.8.15.

Issue facing: Ever since purchased it has not been functioning properly. On made complaint Service provider M/s. Kalki Enterprises, chennai-95 (vide their complaint no. 860 dt.26.5.16 )dismantled the AC and kept with them for few days returned fixed and told us that the problem has been sorted out. BUT WE FOUND THAT NOTHING HAPPENED THE AC IS IN SAME CONDITION WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY COOLNESS.

Kindly look into the matter and sort out at the earliest; as we have UTMOST TRUST ON VOLTAS since it is one of the leading brands in our country.

We need a solution for this issue. Your dealers are suggesting us to wait for two more months and then summer season will go. I dont think this is an appropriate reply from Voltas Dealers.
